Find stillness within chaos
You spend your days thinking, doing, and striving. But underneath it all, your mind is craving space to breathe.
This space isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone new, it’s about giving your nervous system a chance to pause and soften, so you can experience safety, presence, and alignment in the body.
Through guided meditation, reflection, and gentle awareness, we’ll explore what’s moving inside you and help you realign with the calm beneath the noise.

What You Might Notice
People arrive at the Meditation Circle in different nervous system states. There’s no right way to experience it. Here are some common patterns people notice, especially the first few times.
- If you tend to overthink, you may notice your mind slowly quieting, or simply getting a break from having to figure anything out.
- If you tend to please or overgive, you may notice what it feels like to receive attention and care without needing to earn it.
- If you tend to keep the peace by holding back, you may notice a sense of safety around being seen, felt, or quietly present without pressure to speak.
- If you tend to stay driven and busy, you may notice how unfamiliar, and relieving, it feels to stand down without losing momentum or purpose.
Whatever you notice is welcome.
Nothing needs to be forced, shared, or performed.
FAQs
Do I need experience with meditation?
Not at all. The Circle is guided and accessible for everyone — beginners and regular practitioners alike.
What if I can’t attend live?
You’ll receive an optional replay to experience the meditation in your own time.
Do I need to talk? What if I don't feel comfortable?
There’s no obligation to talk, you’re welcome to simply listen and receive.
Can I keep my camera off?
We request that you have your camera on at the start so we can verify you’re a real person, however you’re welcome to turn your camera off during the process.
Is it confidential?
What’s shared in the Circle stays in the community. The recordings will be shared with the full community via Patreon.
AFTER THE CIRCLE
After the circle, some people feel clearer, calmer, or more settled.
Others simply notice what their nervous system does when it’s given space to stand down.
If you’re curious to understand why certain parts of the experience landed for you, or how this connects to your wider patterns under pressure, the Alignment Archetype Map can offer helpful context.
It’s a simple way to recognise your default survival response, and the embodied power that supports alignment in everyday life.
