Week 1 · Recognise

Awaken to imbalance

Identify your primary pattern and understand the survival logic underneath it. Why it formed, what it protected, and why it's still running. You leave week one knowing exactly what you're working with — and why it makes perfect sense that it's there.

Week 2 · Awareness

See patterns clearly

Build the skill of real-time self-observation. Learn to catch the pattern as it activates — in your body, in your decisions, in your relationships — before it's already running the show. Awareness is the thing that makes choice possible.

Week 3 · Reclaim

Own and feel emotion

The deepest week. This is where the inner child work lives — reparenting the younger self who built the pattern, and beginning to call back the parts of yourself that got left behind. Reclaiming is the emotional core of the whole method.

Week 4 · Rewire

Reprogram beliefs

Work directly with the core belief driving your pattern. Not with willpower or positive thinking — with repetition, embodiment, and the slow, deliberate replacement of an old agreement with a new one. This is where the nervous system starts to update.

Integrate into life

Bring the new identity into real-world conditions — relationships, work, high-pressure moments. Practice being in situations where the old pattern used to run, and choosing differently. Integration is the test — and the proof.

I built Quantum Buddha because I was the person this work is for. For years I lived in near-constant overwhelm and overstimulation — my mind always on, life looking fine on the outside and feeling heavy inside. That disconnect became an obsession with understanding how our minds actually work.

That search took me around the world, through different cultures, philosophies and practices. I trained in Quantum Regression and Integration Therapy, attended Tony Robbins events, studied with Dr John DeMartini, went deep into inner work, tantra, and somatic practice. I kept seeing the same patterns repeat in myself and in the people I worked with.

The Reclaimer Method is what emerged from all of it. Not a theory — a map I built by looking honestly at my own life and the lives of the people around me. I'm still walking it myself.

Frequently asked

I've already done a lot of inner work. What does this add? +
Most inner work addresses the story, the strengths, or the body in isolation. The Reclaimer Method maps the survival strategy running underneath all of it — and gives you a structured path through it, not just insight about it. The Thrive Identity isn't something you become. It's something you return to.
I've had breakthroughs before and slipped back. How is this different? +
Breakthroughs reach the mind. The nervous system hasn't got the memo. So the pressure returns, the pattern kicks back in, and the insight fades. Real change requires the outer understanding and the inner experience to become coherent with each other. That's what this course is built around — not another epiphany, but the rewiring that makes it stick.
Do I need to have taken the Survival Pattern Test first? +
Yes — knowing your primary pattern is the starting point for everything. The free test takes 3 minutes and your result is instant. If you haven't taken it yet, do that first. You'll also receive the full Thrive Blueprint report when you enrol in the course.
Is this self-paced or do I have to follow a schedule? +
Both. The course is structured as a six-week journey — one stage per week — because the sequence matters. But you have lifetime access, so if a week takes two weeks, that's fine. You move at the pace the work actually needs, not the pace a calendar demands.
What if my pattern is different depending on context? +
That's normal and expected. The pattern is relational, not fixed. Your primary runs first; your secondary takes over when the primary gets exhausted or the context shifts. The course covers all four patterns in full, so you'll recognise all the places you move between them — and understand the handover points.
Can I do this alongside 1-on-1 work with Virr? +
