FAQs
Do I need prior experience to attend a workshop?
Most workshops are beginner friendly and guided clearly. You are always encouraged to work within your own comfort and capacity.
Are these workshops therapy or medical treatment?
No. These experiences are supportive and exploratory, not medical or clinical treatment. They do not replace therapy or healthcare, and we will always signpost if something is outside scope.
Who facilitates the workshops?
Workshops are led by trusted partners and collaborators. I curate the themes, standards, and overall experience, and match you with facilitators aligned to the work.
Will I be asked to share or speak in front of others?
Sharing is usually optional. Some workshops include reflection or discussion, but there is usually no pressure to speak unless you choose to.
Are workshops suitable if I feel anxious, overwhelmed, or burnt out?
Yes, many people attend for these reasons. Please mention any sensitivities when enquiring so we can guide you appropriately.
How do I know which experience is right for me?
If you are unsure, use the enquiry form and describe what you are currently working through. We will suggest the most suitable option.
Is it confidential?
Absolutely. What’s shared in the workshops stays in the workshops, though the facilitator will inform you if they will do any filming or photography and ask for your consent first.
Can I work with you directly?
At present, I personally host monthly meditation circles and group experiences.
Other workshops and 1-to-1 sessions are delivered through collaborators within the wider network.
