Alignment Archetypes Overview
The Alignment Archetype Map isn’t a personality test.
It’s a way of understanding how your nervous system learned to respond under pressure, and what alignment looks like when that survival response is no longer running the show.
When life feels overwhelming, tense, or uncertain, we all default to a familiar pattern. These patterns once helped us cope, stay connected, or remain functional. They’re not flaws. They’re adaptive responses.
This map simply helps you recognise:
-
the survival identity you default to under stress
-
the armour your nervous system uses to stay safe
-
and the embodied power that allows a more aligned response to emerge
You may recognise yourself clearly in one archetype, or notice elements of several. That’s normal. These are patterns, not boxes.
The Survival Archetypes
Each survival archetype reflects a different way the nervous system learned to protect you when something felt at risk.
Explore the one that feels most familiar, or follow your curiosity.
Each pattern comes with real strengths, and a real cost when it runs unchecked.
From Survival to Alignment
Every survival pattern points towards an aligned capacity. Alignment isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about restoring the embodied power your nervous system needs so that survival strategies are no longer required.
As alignment integrates, effort softens, clarity returns, and choice becomes available again. Life begins to feel less reactive and more intentional, even under pressure.
If you’re curious about how to work with this information in practice, how to integrate your aligned response, or why more than one archetype may resonate for you, you’re welcome to explore further.
One gentle way to do this is through the live monthly Meditation Circle, where different survival patterns naturally get to experience their aligned state in the body:
-
Thinkers are supported to let the mind rest
-
Pleasers get to receive without giving
-
Peacekeepers experience a safe space to express without conflict
-
Achievers are invited to stand down without losing worth
If joining a live space feels like too much right now, you can also start privately.
A short guided meditation is available to help your nervous system experience alignment gently, at your own pace.
Intrigued? Curious? Confused?
Sometimes a result lands clearly.
Sometimes it opens up new questions or points to something deeper.

-
your result didn’t quite fit
-
you resonated with more than one archetype

or you’re curious about how to work with this information in practice
