Welcome. I’m Virr Haria, founder of Quantum Buddha.
For a long time I lived in a near constant state of overwhelm and overstimulation. My mind was always on, emotions loud, and life looked fine on the outside but felt heavy inside. I became obsessed with understanding how we got here, how our minds actually work, and what actually drives human behaviour beneath the surface, not in theory, but in real life.
That search took me around the world, through different cultures, philosophies, and practices, and into years of working with marketing to observe social psychology in real world environments. Alongside this, I went deep into inner work and tantra, and kept seeing the same patterns repeat. Growth doesn’t come without challenge, there’s no clarity without confusion, no rainbow without rain.
Today, through Quantum Buddha, our work is about creating space to pause in an overstimulated world, so people can step out of overwhelm, move into clarity, and live with alignment and coherence.
What is Quantum Buddha?
Quantum Buddha exists to help people slow down, feel again, and reconnect with what’s already steady beneath the noise.
We live in a world that rewards constant thinking, striving, and doing. Over time, that pressure disconnects us from our bodies, our emotions, and our sense of inner clarity. Quantum Buddha is a space to pause, soften, and return to yourself.
This work sits at the meeting point of science and spirituality, modern psychology and ancient wisdom. Not to escape life, but to meet it more clearly.
What we do
Quantum Buddha offers guided meditations, circles, workshops, and reflective practices designed to help you regulate your nervous system, process emotion, and reconnect with calm, presence, and direction.
